Which is easier? How much time would the Green Card process take ie: how long until he gets his Green Card? What documentation is required from each one of our sides? Link to comment
redgreenbluee Posted August 3, 2011 Report Share Posted August 3, 2011 please consult a lawyer. the answer will depend if you are a USC or a GC, regardless, you will need to file I-130 to petition your spouse for GC.
