rupeshrajagopalan
Hello, This is for one of my friend who is back in India. He applied for his H1B in 2015 through his previous employer, also signed a bond which comes into affect only if he comes to US. But before knowing if he is in or not in the H1B lottery he changed to a new company. After he changed his employer he came to know he got through the lottery system. He has not gone for stamping yet. His previous employer is ready to take him back but not ready to give him a copy of bond papers neither his H1B approval notice. So can he can reapply again for H1B 2016 with some new consulting company in USA? or will he have to wait for 3 yrs for his current H1B to expire? Link to comment
