hari2k10cse
Hi I've filed my H1B extension and USCIS received my case on 22nd May'15. Still waiting for the updates. But my concerning point is that, when my extension was filed my employer/attorney didn't ask for or submit my client letter from the project that I'm working currently or the statement of work. Will this lead to RFE on my extension or possibility towards it? Please share your experience or view. Link to comment
Madrasmen
Not necessary to get RFE, If the remaining documents includes Project scope and etc, are valid and give enough information you shall get approved without RFE. Link to comment
hari2k10cse
Thank you for your response. I've submitted my detailed project role description and complete scope of work upon filing. Hoping that these details would be sufficient to USCIS for a positive result. Under what circumstances or reasons, will USCIS ask for a client letter? Link to comment
