Question# 10 (alien registration number or Form I-94 Number) My wife's h4 visa got renewed few months before and issued a new I-94 number. Is the alien registration number same as the USCIS# number on the EAD ? So, Should I write USCIS# or I94 number? Question 15 (Current Immigration Status) Is it H4 or H4-EAD? Question 18: Receipt # of your h1b principal spouse's most recent I-797 My h1b & my wife's H4 got renewed with Emp A in the month of Aug and got the validity up to Aug 2018. In Sep 2015, I moved from Emp A to Emp B and got renewed and my h1b validity got extended to Sep 2018. But Emp B didnot renew H-4 because H-4 is h1b dependent but not employer dependent. Sp, my question is... Should I write Emp B receipt # or Emp A receipt number? Thanks Link to comment

My wife has H4-EAD card. Does it have A# number on it? or Is it Ok if I write I-94 even though I have A# number? Link to comment
