L1 B Visa validity and GC filing

My L1B Visa is valid till Mar 2017

Petition expired in 2015 Mar

I-94 valid until 2017

Currently i am working in US.

Will there be any issues in Future ?.

Can my company file GC for me with current Status ?

if it can file then what would be the least time before which it needs to file ?
