tn visa when h1b transfer in process

Writing another post as the first one did not appear in the forum !

 

Canadian Citizen with approved i140 applied for h1b transfer from company A to company B, while transfer in process can company C apply for her tn visa ?

Hi All,

 

    Does anyone know the answer to the below question?

 

H1b transfer in process from Company A to Company B started working with Company B

on receiving the h1b transfer receipt.

Company B also started a new GC process.

 

Company A  has withdrawn/revoked/cancelled the h1b, but said they will not revoke/cancel the approved I140.

 

1) Can Company C apply for a TN for me when the above transfer is in process ?

 

Please does anyone know the answer to the above question ?
