trustman Posted October 17, 2015 Report Share Posted October 17, 2015 Company B applied for h1b transfer from Company A under normal processing and started working for Company B on h1b receipt, transfer still in process.- Canadian Citizen - Company A already cancelled/revoked h1b - Have an approved I140 that is not cancelled and will not be cancelled Looking for options Questions 1) Can Company C apply for new h1b ? 2) Can Company C apply for TN visa ? 3) Any other valid options ?
