DS160 update in Appointment Confimration

Hey,

 

I started DS160 then book the visa appointment with that DS160 #.Later I retrieved the saved application on my system and finished the application and submitted it.

 

Then i realized that DS160 application was expired and it created new application #.

 

Now I have new DS160 I need to update the appointment with new DS160#.

 

I am attending the interview in Hyderabad on Oct 26. I tried to update in ustravel docs but it's throwing an error.

 

Is there any way to update the appointment with new DS160 # with out cancelling the appointment.

if its in India, you can update in UStraveldocs site in your profile.

if its other places, you take the new ds160 conformation and ask the folks in initial set to change it, when the finger prints are being taken.

 

and most consulates with in same country can pull the info.

 

in my case, I took a new DS160 to the consulate

  Having a mismatched DS-160 number on Applicant profile vs Consulate interview, will it delay the passport delivery process?
