Its now more than 15 calendar days. Timelines are as below: Application received - 04/13/2015 RFE date - 05/13/2015 RFE Response received date - 08/10/2015 Premium Processing receipt date - 09/25/2015 I have a job offer and they want me to join next week. I dont have H1 approval yet. What next steps should be followed. Can someone please guide me. Thanks in advance. PS: Can I apply for refund of PP fees, as its beyond 15 calendar days ? On 30 sept I upgraded to Premium processing and today PP check was returned stating decision has already been made, but there is no information on uscis site the status is still case received, what does this mean, has anyone faced the same issue ? A decision was taken on your petition. Do not trust USCIS website as it is not updated regularly. Link to comment
