Their I130 is approved and they are waiting for appointment to get their Immigrant visa stamped. In the mean time we have a family emergency and they need to travel to US to visit my sister who is sick. Their visit visa has already expired. Can they apply for visit visa again and travel to US? or is there a way to get the immigrant visa processing expedited? appreciate any thoughts or suggestions. Link to comment
