Hi,

 

Recently i changed to a different client and applied for H1B Amendment on EVVC and i am planning for Stamping this december on EVC, my second vendor will be removed by end of november according to the contract.

 

Is it a material change and i need to file an amendment again ?

what is the possibility of getting stamped with this scenario ?
