Hi,

 

A friend of mine got student stamping for university A from 2012- 2017, but after opt extension she didn't get h1, so she enrolled in some Univ and continuing her job in cpt. Now, if she travels to India before 2017 and comes back to the US, will she be asked to go for another stamping, since she changed the university.

She is abusing CPT. That will kill her future in the US.

CPT is NEVER for working in some arbitrary job. And no real university gives out CPT from day one.

Your friend has abuse F1 and killed her career in US. Working in CPT is illegal and few students were even arrested and deported. Just use google for more info.

 

No need of new visa in her case, but her CPT abuse might trigger issues at POE.
