galbatorix
Hello All, I am in 5th Year of my H1B. I am a traveling consultant & I work either from home -> St. Paul. MN or from company HQ -> VA or from customer offices from different locations -> ex: SFO,CA etc. My company has filed PERM from my current address. I moved to a new address within St.Paul, MN. My work location and home location are same because, I may work from home for a particular customer. Often, I travel to many customer locations which may include working at customer office/sites for more than a month for a particular assignment. PERM and I-140 queries: - Should my company have to refile PERM because I changed address within the same city? PERM is not approved yet. - Can my company file i-140 with my new residential address (home office location)? H1B Amendment queries: - Should my company file a new LCA because I changed my address within the same city? - Should my company file an H1B amendment because I changed my address within the same city? - Should my company must also file work locations of all my customer office since, I work 4 out of 5 days from customer locations with more than 4 weeks at an assignment? Please feel to answer the above questions. It's a little complicated and I appreciate your patience. Thanks, G Link to comment
