H1B Amendment process

Hi ,

 

 

I have my H1B visa stamped and applied for Amendment program with my new client. I have applied with a regular process. Now I am planning to move to India for an vacation. Can I go out of US when my H1B is in amendment process , will that impact my H1.

There wont be no issue.Just carry required document and amendment receipt.

Once again Thank You for the reply. I was told by one of my colleague that there would be a problem. Did you urself travel while the amendment process is still on or you know any person who traveled without any issues. Don't mind asking you this way ,I just want to make sure. Can you also let me know what required documents I will have to carry.
