H1b transfer got RFE for Educational background

My background

 

System administrator with 8.11 years of experience in IT field. Bachelor of science in Major Mathematics. Initiated h1b transfer to new client for the role "computer system analyst" , received RFE for education since its a 3 year degree from india + work experience letters do not specify the Job duties.

 

how difficult is this RFE to respond to. I am trying to contact my previous employers to provide me a letter of job duties. Since i only have experience letters which show the start and end dates of my work with them and designation.
