sharathp
Hello all, My spouse got her H4 EAD approved (and received EAD approval & card) late September, her H4 visa stamp expired, questions: 1. I understand that she should get her H4 visa stamped. Want to make sure if she can travel outside the US right away? or wait for some months? 2. What (if any) additional documentation (apart from the documentation required for regular H4) should she take with her when she visits the embassy to get her H4 visa stamped? EAD card? and?? Thanks, Sharath Link to comment
sagi85
EAD is not required for stamping. Just H4 i797 and marriage certificate is necessary. You can wait anytime you want, USCIS doesn't impose waiting period for stamping. Link to comment

sagi85
You are good to go just after filing for EAD, not need to wait for approval as well. Link to comment
