rama_1911 Posted October 3, 2015 Report Share Posted October 3, 2015 Hi, I have completed currently 5 years in Work visa (Initial 3 years in L1B visa + 2 years in H1B Visa) and my Labor and I140 is now approved from Employer A. However I am keen on joining Employer B who is providing me better benefits.In the event I transfer my H1B visa to Employer B how many years of extension I will be eligible as my I140 is now approved and i am in 5th year.
