AOS -Familybase F4 Category

Dear All.

 

I am Indian citizen at present in USA on Non immigrant Visa.

My Priority date is going to be current in Dec,2015.

I got the Email for submitting the documents from NVC but When I have seen in various website , it appeared to me that I don't need to submit the documents if I want AOS.

I sent Few emails regarding this to NVC but not heard back from them.

 

My questions are .

1. What should I do?

2. What is the next process?

3. Should NVC OR USCIS will contact me?

4. IS there laid down procedure?

Please help since I am running out of time.
