InfoSeekers1 Posted September 28, 2015 Report Share Posted September 28, 2015 Need help with a specific issue i have been having. i have an EAD , GC was filed on EB1 category,my case is still pending. can i change jobs with pending EAD to a new company? as my case was filed on EB1 Multi National exec, would that mean, the new company position has to be similar to the prior case? and is there any chance that my current company can withdraw the current petition ?
