bshrestha Posted September 28, 2015 Report Share Posted September 28, 2015 I have applied for i-485, i-765, i-131 family based as my wife is US citizen. I gave my bio metrics on Sept 24th, 2015. My F1 opt was expired on July 12, 2015 and according to the local field processing date in my Area the time frame for AOS is 8-10 months. But i need to travel back home on January and it will be around 180 day since my F1 opt got expired in January. Is it safe to travel with advanced parole with my current AOS application being pending? Also my country has TPS designated by USCIS should i apply TPS to be in status and Travel. Will TPS application affect my current application for AOS? Link to comment
