jhaamela 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2015 Hi I have the receipt number but my amendment is still in process. My H1B visa is valid till May 2016 but I need to go to my home country in Nov 2015. If my amendment is still pending at that time, would I be able to come back to US on Jan2016? If not then could you please tell me how I can travel back to US? Share this post Link to post
