kbk78 Posted September 23, 2015 Report Share Posted September 23, 2015 Hello, I am currently on H1 (Valid until Oct 2016) and just became eligible to apply for 485 and work permit with the same employer. My current salary is about 10% lower than the PERM approval. Also the job title is that of a Engineer rather than Senior Engineer. My question is does the job profile and salary of the PERM approval apply during EAD. Should I delay my EAD application and just stay on H1 and renew, until my job profile and salary changes. thanks kbk Link to comment
