what does the status "Document was mailed" mean?

Hi,

 

My H1-B petition picked in 2015 lottery. And its initial status was "Case Received".

Mean while the status changed to "RFE" on August 18th.

I am sure that my emplyer(or the corresponding lawyer) haven't answered it yet.

 

Surprisingly, on September 9th status got changed again to "Document was mailed".

Not sure whether they are asking for more info or "the case is denied".

Can you please let me know what it mean.

 

Here is the current status in full..

"Document Was Mailed
We mailed your document for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number WAC15146XXXXX. If you do not receive your document by October 9, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the document to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

It might be an error. Employer/attorney has to check with USCIS.
