affect of B1 on H1B application

Hi guys,

 

I have some questions about B1 visa and H1B visa application. I am still confused. Last time I was on OPT and my company in US helps me submit H1B. However, I failed on the lottery. And now I returned my country. My company wants me to go back/forth to assist the project there. I have some questions. If I use B1 visa to travel to USA, how long should I stay, how many times should I stay ? Will this affect my H1B visa application next year? Please shred a light.

On B1 visa you cannot work. You can enter US to attend meetings. So, do not plan to violate that rule.
