AC21 Degree requirement ( MS on PERM , BS on new job)

Friends, 

 

My PERM was approved under EB2 with MS as educational requirement but I am exploring this new opportunity where BS is stated as the minimum educational requirement in job post.

Job descriptions match very well though.

 

Do you think if this would be a problem for AC21 even if the job descriptions and code match?

 

I would appreciate your response.
