Hi ALl,

 

I got below RFE, can you please provide me some sugeestions on how to proceed further.

 

 

Maintenance of Status – Full Course of Study

1.       Official Copy of Beneficiary’s recent school transcripts issued by Sullivan University

2.       Proof of tuition payments by Beneficiary to Sullivan University

3.       Receipts for books, parking passes and school supplies by Beneficiary for the time he was a student at Sullivan University

4.       Beneficiary’s course syllabi or outlines for his program at Sullivan University

5.       Beneficiary’s student ID copy for last academic year

6.       Evidence to show he was physically attending classes at Sullivan University such as transportation receipts, confirmed transportation reservations, attendance records etc.

7.       Evidence to show his residence (utility bills, rent receipts)

8.       Evidence that Beneficiary has not taken more than one three credit hour online course (or distance learning course) per term

9.       Evidence that he is making progress toward completion of a program of study (copies of transcripts)

 

Maintenance of Status – Curricular Practical Training

1.       Name of course and course code in which Beneficiary was enrolled that requires CPT

2.       Evidence to show that immediate participation in CPT was required for Beneficiary’s studies

3.       Evidence to show that Beneficiary’s current major and CPT is an integral part of Beneficiary’s program at Sullivan University

4.       Letter from CPT Employer explaining job duties and pay and period of employment

5.       Copy of cooperative agreement between CPT Employer and Sullivan University

6.       Statement from Beneficiary explaining how he obtained his CPT employment (whether on his own, through school, through outside company or consultancy)

7.       Evidence that Beneficiary’s CPT is or was directly related to his major area of study
