Rahu1234 Posted July 26, 2015 Report Share Posted July 26, 2015 Hi, I have applied for amendment as i have moved to new client location last month have received the receipt number and Its in process.I have a travel plan coming for next month and i have visa till end of December 2016,My question is can i travel to India while my amendment is in process as i have stamping? zakirhere Posted September 22, 2015 Report Share Posted September 22, 2015 Yes, it should be fine as it's only needed for stamping. I797 is not attached to end client but to your employer. As long as that is valid, the POE should allow you without any issue. Link to comment
