Impact on H4-EAD if H1B applicant change the job

Can any one please let me know if H1B applicant (after I-140 approval) change the job then does that impact the H4- EAD?

 

and also, after how many months can H1B applicant change the job after I-140 approval?

1. No impact as long as I-140 stands valid.

2. Anytime.

No impact as long as that applicant is having a job. H1 employee can change jobs at any time.

H1B applicant has to start the PERM process again, when H1B applicant change the job after I-140 approval. Even does this affect the H4-EAD?

If I140 is not revoked then fine. Otherwise new employer has to start from scratch the GC process. If that is the case EAD stands invalid upon revocation of approved I140.
