klninc Posted July 13, 2015 Report Share Posted July 13, 2015 I received RFE for Medical and Employment. I filed my 485 during July 2007 fiasco. I changed my job 2 years ago ( almost 6 years after filing 485). Its a big consulting and working with them as a contractor for their client. Regular consulting setup. I got RFE on July 7th and my contract is over at client on July 2nd. So I got another contract from a different client through a another small consulting firm. Its again a regular consulting setup. Will be joining on 20th of this month (July 20th 2015) Now how would I respond to the employment. Would there be any issues with my type of job? I am sure there are a lot of folks in the same boat. Can someone please shed some light here? Link to comment

But my question is consulting company would give a letter with $$/per hour. Not as $$$ per year. Is that a problem? Link to comment
