485Denied-PD Porting- Legal Litigation Prev Employer- URGENT

After recent approval of EAD/AP I got a denial on 485. Along with I765/131/485 appls my attorney simultaneously requested PD porting from my previous approved I140 appl, USCIS denied porting claiming old I140 is not valid. Based on receipt numbers I see I140 is approved since Dec 2005 as PD with last updates to case on Jan 2006 on USCIS website and not revoked.

My research on previous employer in past 2 days informed about his ongoing legal litigations around Immigration laws. I dont have more exact details, but this has put me scoop for no reason, I left the company long back in Aug 2006 and my new approved I-140 is with Sep 2009 as PD.

I'll be very greatful to forum for any advice, experience, tips you would share for my next steps with MTR/290B. Its my 7th year in US and running through many issues on my personal/family front aswell.
