H1-B Amendment - Premium Process

Hi,

I have changed client and my employer is same company. I am filing for Amendment, i would like to know if i can do amendment in premium process or hold on premium process applies for  amendment and extension too?

Premium is still available for amendment as long as it doesnt include extension.
