I have a complicated situation:

3/2007: came to US to take stateboard but did not pass. Given 6 mos.stay at US port of entry.

7/30/2007: employer-A filed for i140 scheduleA when visa number opened on 7/2007

8/2007: i485/EAD/travel parole filed

8/2007: priority date i485 (backlogged)

10/2007: EAD/travel parole approved

6/2008: employer-A i140 approved

(I took exam 3x and employer-A told me they will withdraw my application if i did not pass. So i changed employer under AC portability after 180 days from approval of i140 under employer-A, and been able to renew EAD 2x up until now.)

10/2008: employer-B submitted the AC21 portability (still not able to work with them because dont have license for PT)

1/2011: Labor cert. PERM submitted under employer C as rehab manager and not as physical therapist under EB2 (atty said just required my 5 yr exp.in phils and bachelor)

2/2011: Labor cert. PERM approved.

I am confused if i should continue with my PERM i140 application. My atty said that it would be faster because the priority date for EB2 is "current" compared to waiting for my existing i140approved/485 pending application which is the priority date is 2005 and mine is 2007.

Is it okay to have 2 simultaneous application for EB2 and existing eb3?

Should i continue with i140 eb2 application under perm with employer C for the possibility of getting GC faster than waiting for my EB3 applic?

Do i still need to apply for another i485 together with the i140 which is current?

I havent started with my i140 application under PERM yet because i have so many things on my mind...im confused...pls help..
