sai.ravisankar Posted June 29, 2015 Report Share Posted June 29, 2015 My job description asks for Bachelors degree + 5Years of related experience Have been working for my current company for 3 yrs & 2 months = 38 months Work experience after completion of Bachelors, 1 yr. & 6 months = 18 months Part time work experience while pursuing Masters in US, 14 months All work experience gained are related to my filed 100% I have official documentation of all the work experience gained. Am I eligible for EB2 or EB3 ? Link to comment

Attorney_20 Posted July 7, 2015 Report Share Posted July 7, 2015 You may be eligible for EB2 but the job you are being sponsored for must have EB2 level education and experience requirements for which you are qualified. An immigration attorney can help you and your employer identify these issues and make sure the right kind of green card case is filed. Link to comment
