immig_query Posted December 7, 2010 Report Share Posted December 7, 2010 PERM applied date 28th Oct 2010. Just heard that it got picked into audit. I will complete my 6 yrs of physical stay on 30th Oct 2011. My current H1 visa/extension is till May 2011. I will have to apply extension to recapture the dates. Please advise when I will apply extension before May 2011, will I get extension till 30th Oct 2011? So when will I be able to apply 7th year H1 extension? I will be cutting very close between 365 days for PERM application (28th Oct) and end of my 6 years. Please clarify what options I may have. Link to comment

I also see November approvals coming through. Can someone throw some light on how the applications are processed? Is it random? Also is there a time period for labor processing or is it indefinite?
