abhi_GC Posted June 24, 2015 Report Share Posted June 24, 2015 Hi there, My employer has filed for my PERM on Feb 2013 and subsequently received audit on October 2013 and replied back with the info. I have been waiting from then onwards and did not hear anything yet. It is still "In-Process". When I check in the iCERT portal, I see that the PERM audit review date (as of 6/01/2015) is December 2013. Can you please suggest what can be done in this case ? Thank you !! Link to comment

abhi_GC Posted July 13, 2015 Author Report Share Posted July 13, 2015 The problem is, I am hearing that the DOL is not responding (4+ weeks) to the ticket raised by the attorney to the service center. I want to cross-check to see if the procedure is correct and how the request can be expedited. Please let me know. Link to comment
