There is no dropbox facility in Canada. It is in India.

• If I am applying for an H or L (individual) visa, my prior visa in the same class is still valid or expired within the last 12 months

Please check the preferred consulate website to know your eligibility. AFAIK, dropdox facility is not available in canada.

It is in Canada also since 2014, I dont know why everybody ignoring Canada DROPBOX , if you are a PR and living in Canada and last VISA was stamped ( in same category ) in Canada absolutely you can apply for DROPX option in Canada, I did 2016 and in 2019 no problems , see the link for verification
