workquicker Posted June 20, 2015 Report Share Posted June 20, 2015 Dear Attorney, Can you please tell me which countries accept applications for new h4 visa applications from third country nationals? it is very expensive and time consuming to make a trip to my home country India at this time. i see from the consulate page of mexico that it doesn't accept new visa category applications from TCNs What about Canada? Does Canada's Us consulate accept new visa category applications from TCNs? i could not find anything on the website. Are there any other options? Maybe off the coast of Africa or South america? Places that are shorter to travel to than India. Thank you Link to comment
jairichi Posted June 20, 2015 Report Share Posted June 20, 2015 Lots of members in this forum had gone to Canada. You need a visitor visa for Canada. People have gone to Jamaica too. If you are stuck due to delay in processing you cannot return to US and you have to fly back to your home country. As I always suggest home country is the best option. Link to comment
