H1 Stamping Process

I had my last stamping done in India in 2012 . I think process has since changed . Can someone provide me exact steps I need to follow for stamping process ? I have already filled in DS-160 . So far I have noticed following if someone can confirm . 

 

1) I remember I had to upload a picture in DS-160 , now it shows it will be taken at time of interview .

 

2) There is finger printing a day before actual interview

It is still the same process as in 2012.

1. At the time of biometrics.

2. Yes. It can be scheduled any day before interview.
