USADreams
I have a divorce proceeding in progress in India . It was a mutual consent divorce petition and I will get a divorce decree in November 2015. 1) In DS-160 do I have to mention as married even thought divorce petition was already admitted to court ?2) If I mention it as Married , do I have to provide spouse address ? I am unsure of spouse's address as we are living apart for 3 years and there is option says "Do Not Know" . Will selecting that option cause any issues ? Thanks Link to comment
jairichi
1. Only if a judgement is given on your case. 2. Is there a possibility to leave the address column empty? Link to comment
