priyah1b
Attorney, Will an ONLINE MS degree from an accredited and non profit university qualify for Masters H1B cap? Or does it have to be an MS where we go to school? Please let me know. Thank you. Link to comment
JoeF
If you are in a status that allows online study, sure. Just be aware that in F1 status, you have to attend classes in person and can't do online stuff. Link to comment

I think, due to DHS requirements, F1 students can only take one course or 3 units online each semester. I have seen many universities (reputed public/private) offering more and more online courses for their core programs and f1 students registering for them. Link to comment
