H4 to F1 DS 160 question

HI All

 

My wife is planning to go for stamping in India. She entered in to US with H4 visa. She joined in her masters program in Aug 2014. We applied for Change of Status and it got approved in Jan 2015. She was working on CPT since then in a company outside the university and it is as part of her program. Now she is planning to visit India to get her visa stamped in May 2015.

 

We got a question while filling DS 160. In the Current Employment/Education part she entered her University info. In the next page Past Employment/Sec education details she entered her previous experience details. 

 

The question is do we need to enter her current employer details, which she is working on her CPT?? If so where should we enter in the DS 160 form??? We did not have any place to add her work details after entering her university info. In the next page it is asking only for her past details.

 

If any one can help me out that would be great. Thanks a lot in advance.

First, do some research and find out whether this CPT is legitimate or not? Later you can plan about VISA.

What is the name of this univ?
