I140 approved, Can I change employer and can still apply for H4EAD for my wife?

I'm  currently working as a contractor. My 140 was approved in march.

Now I have a full time offer from another company. Can I take full time job and still be able to apply for my wife H4 EAD?

If your I140 is still active at that time, then yes.

So to keep my I140 active I will stay with my current employer and I'll apply for my wife's EAD.

 

Once she gets her EAD can I change employer. Will that have any effect on her EAD ?

I think her EAD will not be effected bcos your I140 was "alive" at the time of filing.That's my guess.
