Perm Process -August 2013 -Audit Updateds?

Hello All , 

 

My employer had filed for my labor in the month of August 2013 , and we have received an Audit during April /May 2014 for which we have submitted the requested information ( I am guessing ) is what my employer mentioned . 

 

I have no update since then , this employer being Jerk says that ,he can only see the status as pending case and I am really frustrated about it and never says anything about it. 

 

Does any one have  any update on current status like which Month is DOL looking into ?

 

Do I need to wait or move on with other employer ?
