Ritesh11 Posted April 16, 2015 Report Share Posted April 16, 2015 Friends, mine and my wife EAD and AP received on 1april but our kids AP status is pending at TSC.and they said it will take another 2 months to process . They need to travel in May mid and coming back in mid sep ? They have the valid visa only till 31 aug. GC is expected by that time however my question is 1. Can they travel now and come back based on approved AP post their leaving the country ? And is it advisable? 2. can they come back with GC assuming the same gets approved when they are out of the country ? Link to comment
