tallGuy 0 Report post Posted April 14, 2015 This morning I got my H1B extension approval notice. In the approval email notification they mentioned the start validity date as 04/13. But, my original H1B expired on 12/23 and I have filed for H1B extension in last October (10/02/2014 is the receipt date). So, there is gap from 12/23 to 04/12. Would it be a problem? I have checked with my employer and they told me that I wont be a problem. Any idea? Share this post Link to post
