My current scenario is that i was on l2 visa 5yrs back and was into forex trading. My husband then moved to h1b and i havent traded since then. His gc is at perm level right now. I havent found a definite answer anywhere for my question. When i contacted my forex broker (fxcm) they said i dont need a work visa or a work permit to trade forex as long as i am residing in the usa. It would be grt if any one could let me knw if trading forex on h4 is legal as i would file my tax will there be any problems with gc processing cause of this? Link to comment
