I have a question here. - Is it possible to apply for H4 EAD while she is in India ( prepare the documentation now and I will post the packet to USCIS on May 26th). Is there anything to do with I94?? Please let me know as asap , since this is causing some confusion in our travel plans. Thanks in advance!! Link to comment
