Who is the petitioner in the drop box eligibilty question. My assumption is petitioner = my employer who holds my H1B. I havenot changed my employer in last 5 years. If so, I can answer the question as Yes that the petiioner is same and she will be eligible for dropbox. is this correct? Link to comment
