shailaja_mun Posted February 24, 2015 Report Share Posted February 24, 2015 Hi, I am currently on H4 and My Husband's H1 is extended till 2017 july, but he is going to complete 6 years of H1 in 2016, and he got his LCA approved. It means he got his h1 extended beyond 6 years which includes LCA period as well. But his I-140 is still in process. Will I be eligible for H4 EAD or not.
