ViableStudent
Hi, I am on f1 visa, working in a client company through a consultancy. Last year I got job only during April, so I couldnt get the client letter to apply h1b. So, my company applied h1b showing some inhouse project. But my visa got denied saying that no enough documents to prove. This year my company is willing to apply the h1b on the same grounds. Would I getting the visa if its picked in lottery. Please guide me. Thanks Link to comment
jairichi
I doubt that your H1B will be successful. Link to comment
rahul412
H1 with a consulting firm without client letter is very risky. Link to comment
wiweq
USCIS will be interested to see the proof that shows you have legit work to do on H1b status. In case of consulting, client letter shows this proof. If client letter is missing, most likely your H1b petition will be rejected. Link to comment
